Elizabeth dealt with our booking on a Silversea cruise, and could not fault her in any way. Her knowledge was 1st class, service skills exemplory and nothing was too much trouble despite the amount of questions and advice we asked for. Originally we were going to book direct with Silversea, but Elizabeths customer service skills far outreached that of Silversea that we decided to book with six star cruises, and we are glad we did.
