“Our initial contact was with "Dan" who provided us with preliminary quotes on cruises we were interested in. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We chose our preferred cruise and I tried to contact "Dan" but he was unavailable."Donna" took the call and completed the booking. Donna was very efficient, professional, friendly and dealt with all our queries.”

“Excellent service from the first telephone call to booking the cruise. Our cruise advisor Donna Worsnip answered every question and was helpful and patient showing excellent knowledge. Donna went the extra mile sorting out the flights which were not as straightforward as Regent Cruises "air department" had closed for two days whilst they dealt with passengers and cruises affected by the events in Israel.”

“We booked with Danielle Muldoon and what a great pleasure it was . It is very rare to find such excellent customer service. Danielle was unbelievably helpful,patient, knowledgeable and a delight to speak with. She was extremely proactive and kept us updated at all times. We feel very relaxed and happy knowing that Danielle is looking after us.”

“Elizabeth went above and beyond in sorting my cruise and the complications which arose from the cruise company. Lets hope the after sales customer service is as efficient - I'm not holding my breath.”
