“I contacted Keeley Degriffa regarding my flights with Ethiad and she could not do enough to help me. My query was sorted out in no time. Excellent service in a quiet efficient manner.”

“By using Six Star we obtained a significant discount compared to booking directly with Oceania. Moreover, Laura Wing, with whom we dealt, was extremely helpful, efficient and patient. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to provide first class advice based on her knowledge of the product. She is a great ambassador for your business.”

“Fantastic cruise booked through Six Star, everything felt like we were treated like absolute royals. Nothing went wrong. Our driver who picked us up was fantastic and friendly, the overnight hotel was wonderful with beautiful views of the bay in Miami. Celebrity Cruises was the best cruise line (And we didn't pick it specifically). I dealt with Catherine Divan and trusting her to choose our room and everything else was the best thing we did. Overall extremely satisfied and already looking at our next cruise with Six Star.”

“I explained to Andrew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and the whole holiday package was put together without any delay. I was given all the information I needed and called back when I was told that I would be. Excellent service as always.”

“We have been using Six Star Cruises for many years now. We got off to a very dodgy first booking which got quite heated over what was said and what was meant by what was said, in relation to booking charges for use of credit cards. However that was solved after much correspondence involving the MD, and listening to tapes of phone calls, and talk of litigation. Since then we have had outstanding service from Cruise Concierge Emma Taylor. She goes out of her way to be helpful, remembers our preferences for cabin type, cabin location etc, and is really knowledgeable about the major 6* lines. We would not go anywhere else to book. Twice, when we were going on cruises over Christmas/New Year Emma has searched business class fares and found that if we went 1-2 days earlier and stayed in a hotel, the reduction in air fare would massively outweigh the cost of the hotel. We cannot speak too highly of her.”

“I rang today with a query regarding the final payment of my balance and was dealt with by Beth Gallery. She was extremely helpful , professional and informative and an absolute pleasure to speak to. She answered all my questions and followed up straight away with an email outlining what we had discussed. An absolute credit to the organisation! Thank you very much!”
