“Six Star really do go the extra mile offering and delivering on a level of customer service and attention to detail that's quite different from most other cruise holiday companies. We have seen evidence of this on a number of occasions but in our most recent experience the time and effort Six Star took to understand and resolve our query Involving liaising with the airline to make seat changes to flights that we're already booked and somehow not incurring an amended booking charge is just one of the many such examples. Impressed! Thank you!”

“Booking was acceptble, the staff on board relies too heavily on the client doing the research as to destinatio,n cabin configurations and ports. Staff should be absolutely transparent with the guest as to position/layout of laundry, staircases and staff entrance and exit in use 24 hours, your staff glossed ouver these details unless pressed.”

“As a regular client the only thing I have have to do is choose the itinerary. Everything else is all done for me quickly and efficiently all by friendly and responsive staff. No being held up by music and automated messages etc etc. Fabulous!”

“Estelle Peachey responded to my request for information in a very timely manner, which I appreciate. Holidays can be very stressful especially going long haul and to China etc. with its visa applications and its very useful to obtain info. to put your mind at rest.”

“Just to let you know how impressed we were yesterday with the service provided by Katie Smith. Our usual concierge is the wonderful Maura McKenna but in her absence Katie made us feel just as well catered for. Lovely.”
