Six Star Cruises' booking process was very good, except that the agent's phone line quality was poor - presumably not her (or your) fault.

Laura was great! Answered email questions quickly- very professional, all done and dusted in a couple of days. ( as an aside, I started trying to book the same Seabourn cruise direct with them - horrendous - a lady working from home, I'm still waiting for answers to questions and a quote 10 days later!) Linda Norris.

Laura was very helpful as was Lisa, top marks to both. However, when Laura was out of the office, I phoned back to book on the number Laura had given in an email and was cut off 3 times!!! Twice after holding for 6 minutes without speaking to anyone and on the other occasion cut off after explaining that I wanted to book a cruise for which Laure had quoted. Someone clearly couldn't be bothered picking up someone else's quote. Top marks to Lisa who processed the booking with great thoroughness after I phoned the 0800 number.

Once you have a sales contact and personal number the service is very good but if you are new and waiting to place an order you might be waiting 10,20,30 minutes to get someone to take your money. In my view the wait time on the phone is unacceptable. If you are an existing customer and cannot get to speak to your personal advisor then the call goes back into the basic queue and you will have to wait and wait and wait!

Rebecca Rimmer us the epitome of professionalism. We’ve booked 3 cruises with her in the last month bringing our total to 8 cruises to look forward to over the next 12months. We wouldn’t be doing this if we lacked confidence.
