“Having booked with SixStar Cruises three times now we have just booked again through their excellent Cruise Concierge Mark Saxton who always finds exactly what we want and dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s fit us.”

“I am so pleased to report that the Odyssey cruise was an absolute delight! The facilities, food and service were excellent and we were soon made to feel welcome by all the staff. They referred to themselves as the Seabourn family, a very apt description, as they certainly offer help and understanding at all times. The ambience of this was also reflected by the ship's passengers and we made many friend throughout the cruise itself, together with the super itinerary. Thank you to you too, Catherine and all your colleagues, who answered my many questions throughout the booking and planning of this holiday. The taxi firm were also helpful and obliging from Gatwick back to Weybridge. We had to cancel the outward journey for personal reasons. We would certainly book with Seabourn again, through Six Star Cruises , two very special companies, in our opinion. Keep up the good work, Catherine, it is much appreciated.”

“The concierge who dealt with our booking was friendly and worked very hard to put our cruise and hotel package together. Everything was explained clearly. She phoned when she said she would and didn’t rush my decision making. One hitch was conflicting info about the quote I had been given. This was sorted out fairly quickly.”

“We contacted Sixstarcruises with a number of questions regarding our upcoming cruise and received a prompt call back from Keeley Degriffa. Keeley was professional, courteous, warm and extremely helpful. She sought clarification from Oceania directly, whilst we ‘held’ and was able to both reassure us and offer useful information regarding what to expect next.”

“We asked Catherine Divan to put together a package to include 3 nights in San Francisco, 2 nights in Auckland, a 16 day New Zealand Australia cruise, a stay in Syndey and 3 nights in Hong Kong. She came up with a fantastic itinerary, wonderful hotels, 100% on time transfers and organised the lot within a day of being asked. We have just returned from an epic holiday, thanks to Catherine and had the most amazing time. The trip was organised in such detail and paying full attention to our needs and requests. It could not have been better. We would not hesitate to use 6 star again, especially Catherine, and certainly will do!”

“The first time I booked with Six Star Cruises was for my first ever cruise. Lisa was most helpful in arranging all the details and what to expect. Had a fabulous time cruising in the Carribean with Silversea. Like many solo travellers, the single supplement can be quite onerous. prohibitive and irksome to navigate through the options available. With Lisa's help and knowledge of the destinations and cruise lines, I have now booked another cruise and hopefully more in the future.”
