“Booked via initial "chat" on website with Dan for Silversea cruise April 2020. Very impressed with knowledge, efficiency and friendliness of Dan and the price offered by Six Star Cruises. So impressed that when booking another Silversea cruise at short notice I rang Dan without hesitation. Great efficiency and knowledge again and all completed despite being his last day in office before going on leave himself. Would recommend highly.”

“Thanks to Emma,booking a June Silversea cruise was quick,stress-free,effortless.She brilliantly found a stateroom at our preferred location although showing as sold out,answered all our questions and sorted transport to our home.Wow!An excellent advert for SixStar Concierge service!”

“I would like to express how pleased I have been with Janet’s help. She offered more help than I asked for. It was great sorting out information about my check in, and applying bookings i didn’t know I could make before the official check in time. I am eighty years old, so it has been a great help towards a more comfortable flight. Then offered to arrange to check me in on the day before I am flying. She took a weight off my shoulders. Brilliant.”

“In booking our Mediterranean cruise we received helpful advice regarding cabin options, flights and itineraries. The price we were quoted was the most competitive. We were able to book quickly and received detailed booking information on the same day. There is a good, user friendly, on-line customer account and documentation website. Our booking agent, Stacey Williams, was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and pleasant.”
