“Our reservation was handled extremely well by Hannah. We struggled to find the right suite but to her credit she found a solution that is excellent. This will be our third cruise on Voyager and I'm sure that Hannah's contribution will have ensured it will be as enjoyable as the first two.”

“Sandy has looked after us for many years. She knows our likes and dislikes, importantly through her experience she knows the cruise industry backwards. He knowledge is first class and we appreciate her input into our decision making process. She is always there when needed and calls back promptly. She knows we like a good deal and appreciates that the customer has choice when placing a booking. She does try hard to bring all the deciding factors into play. She is an asset to SSC. This booking was no different to others in all these respects.”

“We havent actually traveled as yet. But the booking process was brilliant. The service, knowledge and information was first class. Care, time and thought was top quality. This is the second time i have booked through Six Star Cruises and would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“After six years of cruising this is our first booking with six star and we have been delighted with the outcome. Our concierge, Laura Wing was outstanding, sympathetic, patient and understanding, and able to answer every query as well as providing helpful advice. My wife felt it was like having a daughter organising our cruise for us. We are now confident with our choice and looking forward to the cruise. We will certainly be speaking to Sixstar and hopefully Laura for our next cruise.”

“Emma Gray should be awarded 6 stars. The service we've received from Emma in relation to the 3 cruises we've booked through 6 star cruises is outstanding. If all companies offered such outstanding customer service they would have happier customers, lower costs, higher revenues, more repeat business and of course be more profitable. I wish more companies would learn from 6 star cruises. A wonderful experience from before booking to disembarking the ship 😊”

“When telephoning all staff are exceptionally helpful. If you ask for a call back they phone back promptly with the relevant information you have requested. When contacting by e-mail a response is rapid too.”
