“An extremely pleasurable experience of booking a cruise where it wasn't necessary to ask any of the questions you normally ask as they were all covered by the travel advisor first. From getting the initial quote to confirming the booking, no details were changed and the price remained as first quoted. Exceptional service by the travel advisor.”

“Efficient and empathetic attention to our requirements with in depth knowledge of both cruise lines and destinations. Sandie Collier is helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring, as indeed are all the sales people who we have come across since our dealings with you. Your sales team are of the highest calibre and have done all that they can to accommodate our needs every time we have booked with you. Excellent personal service.”

“Just booked a cruise for 4 people. The advert was very clear. I called Six Star Cruises and the concierge talked me through the holiday, ship, itinerary, arranged excellent flights from an alternative airport, helped with choosing cabins and so on. Whole trip organised very quickly and documents forwarded immediately. Concierge very friendly and said to call him anytime I need to know anything further. Very good experience and now all looking forward to the cruise”

“Each person I spoke to was very friendly and efficient and calls were answered promptly. The person we dealt with for our booking, Dominic, was incredibly patient, informative and a pleasure to deal with. He couldn't do enough to ensure that we had all of the information we needed.”
