“I always deal with Donna as she always gives me a good price and is very well informed of the layout of the cabins, shaded balconies etc and does not fob you off with inaccurate answers to questions on any aspect of the cruise. This is the 4th cruise we have booked with her and we do not deal with anyone else. thank you”

“The destinations were very interesting. The prices shown in the brochure however weren't enticing but were not representative of the actual price paid. The way we have to acquire a tour visas is extremely demanding and expensive. Visas would be better (and cheaper) dealt with by you since you hold most of the information required.”

“The agent that dealt with me called Dan was of great help in everything I asked and pointed out some aspects of the booking that I we had "no" idea about his advise was spot on if I emailed a question at night or at a w/e I had a response back with in the hr. I do not think this guy ever sleeps. Well done I would recommend you guys to every one David & Mary Gair.”

“good and efficient service in handling my request re new cruise. All my questions were resolved by Sandie and booking completed smoothly over a very short period of time. as always one cannot rate overall service until tickets etc are delivered and holiday actually takes place.”
