“Dom at 6star fulfilled every criteria we asked for. Took all the stress and hassle from having to organise pre/post cruise stays, car hire, change of airport etc etc All at a great price. Fifth time we have used six star and it is certainly the cruise company to book future cruises with.”

“We have been required to pay 150 x 2 to upgrade our VIRGIN air ticket. This is despite awaiting the quote from Elaine last week and sending two further reminders to Andy Freeman on Tuesday of this week who was booking us for a further cruise in February 17. Its the failure , because the tickets had NOT been issued at the time of our request and Elaine quoted 950 each , however, due to this cock up we landed up paying 1100 each. Had we not already have booked our second cruise this year with Andy I doubt we would have continued using your services. As you will note after changing to you we have been good customers who have never complained previously. A letter of complaint has been sent to VIRGIN copied to your company.”

“Caroline is a friendly and patient agent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We actually received a slightly cheaper quote (by £20) from a competitor but went with Six Star because of Caroline's attitude.”

“This is the 4th time I have used 6 Stars. I made the mistake of booking direct with Azamara once and the handling was very poor (no transfer notification/difficult to speak to someone who could make a difference/lack of trust in their administration) You have always been good at delivering what you promise.”

“Laura Wing who helped us from the start, she was an absolute star. This is my dads first cruise and first time away on his own since loosing my mother, so dad was very apprehensive and even decided it wasn't for him at one point. But Laura remained so helpful and her calming attitude made booking his trip very easy. Thank you.”

“Your agent with whom we dealt was Richard Wishaw. We told him we wanted to cruise for about 14+ days but not sure where to or with whom. We have been with Seabourn, Silver Sea and Azamara so he had a clue as to the standards we expected. Over a period of quite a few days Richard conversed with my wife and came up with many ideas allover the world, most of which were continually knocked back by me - either because of dates or destinations. With much patience and perseverance he eventually found us what we both wanted - a 23 day cruise from Mumbai to Mumbai in April with Azamara with excellent flights and private transfers. Richard couldn't have been more helpful and professional so well done him and well done Six Star Cruises.”
