“Polite and friendly but slow, never got back to us, had to phone again and still not received booking confirmation”

“We have used Six Star Cruises seven times now involving different cruise lines and have found Six Star Cruises staff very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the different companies systems thus making it so easy to arrange and book our cruises.”

“Andrew Whittle was very helpful and efficient. He gave me relevant information and advice to enable me to make the right decisions. He also went out of his way to accommodate my off itinerary needs. He came back to me quickly and was really pleasant. He even emailed me on New Years Day with additional information. Outstanding service”

“We have recently had to reschedule a number of cruises for obvious reasons. Stacey Williams has been extremely helpful in moving things around so that we can still look forward to cruising holidays. “An email to our usual contact bounced back saying out of office for 15 days so to contact someone else. The someone else email bounced back saying out of office for 8 days. So we rang the office and spoke to someone else whom was helpful.”
