“Without doubt Laura Wing is the most amazing concierge. The always goes above and beyond what is required. She’s so knowledgeable and knows out preferences. We really wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.”

“I really recommend to with Dan, Specialist Concierge on all booking. A real asset to Six Star Cruises. Dan is extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the cruise industry. He answered honestly and promptly with all my queries, making the whole booking process very smooth. Dan will certainly be handling all my future Silversea cruise bookings.”

“Normally we receive a very good service but on our last cruise the admin let them down badly. Tickets for taxi transfer and hotel were not included even though we asked for them several times. A last minute phone call did resolve the matter and my husband rang the hotel direct.”
