This is our first experience with Six Star Cruises. Until now we have only managed to secure a booking. It is early days to give a review

Stacey, as always, offers an excellent 'service', being clear, concise and extremely helpful - and often very patient - when discussing potential cruise experiences and then all sorts of associated questions.

We were extremely impressed with the professional and cheerful service provided by Emma Gray, our Cruise Concierge, during the booking procedure. She made herself readily available for all queries and responded promptly when we made contact by email. This is to be commended, as we had several issues, including deciding cabin type and then insurance cover, so communication was over several days. The only negative about booking was that when we first tried to contact any concierge by phone at the start of the procedure, the line was engaged for long periods of time. However, as soon as we made contact with Emma, communication was not an issue.

Excellent service as always from Andrew Whittle. I wouldn't book a cruise with any other company or TA. He always goes above and beyond to answer any queries or questions I have and I'm always assured of a good price.

We were due to go on a Caribbean cruise later this month but, because of restrictions, decided to cancel and the experience from Six Star was very good. This week we re-booked a Mediterranean cruise for June and again the service we received from Dan McMahon our Specialist Concierge was excellent.

Once again, Stacey Williams was brilliant, efficient and very helpful. We have dealt with Stacey on several occasions and cannot fault her professionalism. She is always cheerful and courteous. I emailed Stacey with a query and within an hour she responded to my email and the Silversea cruise was booked the following day. Thank you Stacey.

My husband and I, plus a couple of our friends, had a Caribbean Cruise booked with Six Star. Circumstances in the Caribbean changed so the cruise was no longer suitable. Our Concierge was Dan and he explained, in-depth, what our options were to minimise any charges being incurred. The four of us found a suitable cruise, rang Dan and he sorted everything out in the one phone call. Because the new cruise was at a cheaper price Dan explained how our refunding would work and what we could expect to receive. Dan was extremely helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.

First time dealing with this company. Overall the booking was extremely easy thanks to Andrew Whittle who dealt with all our needs. We received back confirmation of our Air flights and Cruise all within 60 minutes. Now can`t wait for our holiday.

Andrew was extremely helpful when our cruise was cancelled. He clearly laid out the options and helped us get the best alternative going forward. He was very patient and answered all questions. He always contacted us when he said he would and was super helpful

Many thanks to Laura for all her help in booking our cruise in 2023. A great deal with great service. This is the third cruise booked with Six Star. They have been very accommodating in ensuring our needs are met, especially after our next cruise was cancelled due COVID. They have been great with reorganising refunds etc.
