“Excellent communication skills looked after every detail to our holiday to even asking if we would like a reminder as to when certain reservations for our cruise became available. Very courteous friendly and not "pushy". Gave excellent advice would thoroughly recommend.”

“Previous booking with Six Star went like a dream Latest booking a nightmare. Requested Virgin Flights, find I am booked with Delta and subject to their conditions and changes. Six Star concierge does not know what she is talking about!”

“Just booked a cruise through Six Star Cruises. Their customer service has been first class so far. The booking process has been most efficient and thorough. Their service agent Andrew went through every aspect of the cruise and took into account our preferences before finalising our booking.”

“I've booked 5 trips with Six Star Cruises, all of them with Emma Taylor. Emma has always been interested and very helpful and I think she is a star. We have travelled 3 times with Regent, with one to come in July, and once with Viking. All trips have been different and all have been excellent”

“I have made many previous cruises with Six Star Cruises and my main reason for returning to this company is the excellent knowledge, help and efficiency of Sandie Collier, my Concierge. Sandie is so reliable and phones back when she says she will. However, if I have had dealings with anyone else at Six Star Cruises, they are all very helpful.”

“Easy to access an operative, Dominic, who was very helpful and friendly. The process for booking a cruise was lengthy, but easily completed with Dom's help. The deal being offered by Six Star Cruises for a RSSC Navigator cruise was enticing and Dom ensured we were booked quickly and almost effortlessly.”
