“Knowledgeable, helpful friendly. Very good. Would be nice if you didn’t have to wait so long for someone to answer the phone when your personal concierge is not at a work day. Sandie is always great”

“I really recommend to with Dan, Specialist Concierge on all booking. A real asset to Six Star Cruises. Dan is extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the cruise industry. He answered honestly and promptly with all my queries, making the whole booking process very smooth. Dan will certainly be handling all my future Silversea cruise bookings.”

“Normally we receive a very good service but on our last cruise the admin let them down badly. Tickets for taxi transfer and hotel were not included even though we asked for them several times. A last minute phone call did resolve the matter and my husband rang the hotel direct.”

“We had a great time on the Azamara cruise last November which was organized for us by Stacey Williams so we did this booking through her again. She spent a long time on the phone, an hour or so, answering our questions and giving her invaluable advice.”

“My wife and I have just booked an Azamara Onward cruise to the South Pacific for January 2014. We spoke to Emma who we found extremely knowledgable and helpful. We have cruised many times and have already three cruises booked though one of your competitors but have found that their after sales service has become very poor. We are hoping 6 star cruises will be much better and if your after sales service is comparable to that we received from Emma it will be.”
