We booked a cruise with Richard last weekend and were very impressed that he rang us back several times that evening despite it being a Bank Holiday Monday. We quickly had email confirmation too. There was no pressure to book additional options ( I had researched what we needed and had very specific requests) . He checked prices for business class flights and a hotel but was not annoyed when we decided to just book the cruise with Six Stars and do the rest independently. We will certainly use Six Stars again

Donna very helpful. Bagged us the last available guaranteed balcony cabin on our forthcoming Azamara cruise, by constantly checking the system. Extremely efficient.

Superb Service! This was our first cruise, we knew nothing about cruising, rooms, packages etc. I have to say Anthony Donovan was probably the most helpful sales assistant i have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble. The cruise was amazing and we have booked again for next year. Many Thanks.

This is our third cruise booked with Six Star and each time we have dealt with Maura. Her friendly and helpful approach is one if the reasons we keep coming back again and no doubt we we will seek her assistance again in the future. On this occasion we seemed to come up against a brick wall with our connecting flights but Maura found connections for us that avoided the need for overnight stays. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I would like to thank Ben ,and all cruise concierges ,who have helped me with my cruise on Oceania ,in October , everyone was very helpful and extremely pleasant .i will let you no how my daughter enjoys her 1st cruise and my first one on Oceania . Kind regards Marjorie green

Hannah was excellent. She listened to what we wanted from our cruise and made many helpful suggestions. she gave us time to decided on the cruise we eventually booked and dealt with us in a professional yet friendly way. She also booked the extra coach for us and all information was quickly forwarded to by e mail.

Full payment for our cruise was requested five month's in advance. We felt two to three month's was more realistic. We had an issue during our cruise when checking our paperwork - (the taxi voucher was incorrect) a taxi pick-up at the end of our cruise was for the wrong day and time. I lost half a day while at sea trying to sort this out - calls to France and Six Star Headquarters. In terms of the cost of our cruise it was approx. £300 per day per person. Had I not picked up on this we could have missed our plane. Six Star did sort out the problem and a new voucher was emailed to me aboard the ship.

Great service from Sandie whenever I need her help or guidance. Just booked for a Med cruise on Queen Victoria for 2016. Sandie started the process with excellent advice but wasn't available to "do the booking" so arranged for Richard to call me and do this - guess what, he was so knowledgable too. Guess it just runs in the Company! Can't recommend them too much.
