Lovely helpful lady Claire Chadburn who was brilliant throughout the booking system. Was very sympathetic as we had our cruise cancelled at very last minute. Gave us options Would use again.

We have booked many times with Laura Wing (as have our family and friends ) Laura is efficient, reliable and a really lovely person, nothing is too much for her she always rings back if I have any questions and ensures that our cruising holidays are the best ever! Why would anyone not use Six Star and Laura is an asset to the company, well done !

We use six star cruises every time. We have an amazing contact Dan McMahon who talks us through our booking and then rechecks everything before we confirm. He suggested a cruise to us last year to Alaska and a train tour on the Rocky Mountaineer He had been on this tour and it lived up to our expectations. We would recommend this tour. Dan always replys as soon as he can to emails or rings us. Thank you Dan

We have booked with six-star cruises for many years and have found their prices and service to be unbeatable in a crowded cruise holiday market. Offering flights, transfers and the occasional free overnight hotel and/or OBC just adds to their attraction.

We have used Six Star Cruises for 13 years now and have had support from a number of concierges. Lately Donna Worsnip has helped us with many Cruises. She has been most helpful and communicative; responsive when a doubt or query has come up. She has provided meticulous answers to the many 'going back to the drawing board' questions which inevitably crop up when cruise planning. We have no hesitation in recommending Six Star and the many cruise consultants with whom we have had dealings. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking! Choose a different provider to book your cruise!! The second we paid the money they did not tell us any information and basically left us to figure it all out for ourselves! We may as well have booked the whole holiday online and not bothered with an agent. We have not been told any visa information, so this has been really stressful trying to find any information. They did not advise us we had to book our own flight seats so now our party of 4 is sat all over the plane and when you upgrade to business class this is not what we expect. The whole experience with six star cruises has been nothing but a very expensive joke, from the major things down to them telling us we were supposed to book dinner reservations but have not told us until it's too late - now we have to see whats left when we're on the ship. With how useless six star cruises have been I am expecting to get to the other side of the world and not have half the paperwork we're supposed to have and we are not looking forward to what is supposed to be the holiday of a life time. thanks for nothing.

I had heard that Six Star had excellent cruise prices, so I called to ask the price of an Explora cruise, when the Black Friday deals were on. I was told £5180, which was the list price on the Explora site. I was told that they could knock off the £80, so I suggested £180, which was agreed and I reluctantly made the booking, but did not receive a confirmation. The very next morning I received an email saying that the balance had been due the previous day (8 months before departure). I left a message for the lady who had taken the booking to call me. Later that day, another lady phoned me and said that the balance request had been an error, but no apology. The next day, another lady called me and made the same comments. I have done 50+ cruises and never experienced such a poor booking service.

Dan put together a wonderful tailor made package for us and our friends to go on cruise to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately he was on leave when we came to book it. Lisa took over and went to amazing lengths to secure the best flights that she could at the very best price. Not easy when dealing with two couples holidaying together. Absolutely brilliant service.

Excellent service from the first telephone call to booking the cruise. Our cruise advisor Donna Worsnip answered every question and was helpful and patient showing excellent knowledge. Donna went the extra mile sorting out the flights which were not as straightforward as Regent Cruises "air department" had closed for two days whilst they dealt with passengers and cruises affected by the events in Israel.

Stacey Williams at Six Star Cruises has been our Specialist Cruise Concierge for a long time. We have booked many Silversea cruises with her. She is always cheerful, courteous and very helpful.
