“Booking with Six Star Cruises was excellent. Super customer service with Sue. She told us enquire about our next river cruise while on board Uniworld which we did and got good discounts We were able to link our booking back to her and she gave us a further discount. So all in all we have a great price for our next cruise. Always a pleasure to deal with Sue”

“Lisa Paterson was the cruise consultant that helped us with this, our first booking with Six Star Cruises. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa or this company. Indeed I would go as far as to say having previously booked 20 plus cruises this was the most outstanding service we have ever experienced. This booking was for a grand voyage type trip to help us celebrate a special occasion .It is the longest voyage we have undertaken and the most costly and we were keen to get the right fit for us, From our first call with Lisa she listened attentively to what we were looking for , was confident and patient in answering all of our ( many ) questions and deftly researched some of our more obscure enquiries. It was clear to us that she had a sound knowledge of the range of products but more than that she was really focussed on helping us to reach the right decision for us. I feel it is important to point out that this was quite the task requiring considerable patience given that we are those customers that have mastered a fine blend of picky and dithering! Ultimately we felt completely confident in our cruise selection and in choosing Six Star Cruises to book and manage that for us. Very importantly we also thought that the price we paid was extremely competitive and as this trip was at the very top end of our budget this was very important to us. We have taken 20 plus cruises and while this is our first booking with this company they and Lisa will in future be our first call. Many Many thanks Lisa for helping us with this booking and we look forward to many more. It was an absolute pleasure.”

“My wife and I have used Six Star Cruises many times for sea cruises but this was our first River Cruise and was advised by Laura to try Scenic , although I was doubtful to say the least about river cruising I can only say it was an absolute joy , yes , more sedate than a sea cruise but no less enjoyable for that I really loved it and I am so gratefull to Laura for the recommendation and all the organizing she did to make the holiday so enjoyable. The only problem we encounted was down to BA and Munich Airport whe failed to load 46 bags onto the aircraft ,my wife received hers two days later and I have been advised by email I should receive mine tomorrow the 21st after landing on the 13th....this was very worrying for the past week . We found Munich Airport to be nothing short of chaotic .But as I say this was purely down to BA and the airport .”

“Laura was excellent when we booked our latest cruise with Azamara. Flight times were just right, we were even lucky enough to be upgraded to business class on our outbound leg. Laura dealt with all our queries promptly. We would definitely recommend Laura and Six star cruises.”

“Six star were recommended to us and I cannot fault the service that we have received. “We always book with six star and have done so for the last 10 years, we have had the same concierge Laura Wing and she is very good. Laura knows exactly what we like, the standard we require and is very knowledgeable so is able to get us a good price. Very happy with the service we receive.”

“Rebecca was extremely helpful when booking our most recent cruise with Seabourn. We have used Six Star Cruises on several occasions as the price is usually very competitive compared to other companies and it is helpful to have a personal contact to reach out to with any queries.”

“Having used 6 star cruises for several years now I am always happy with price, service and the efficiency of the company’s personnel. Our latest bookings were with Lisa P, I found her friendly ,professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept in the loop at all stages. The booking was a happy experience and it was in fact a joy to talk to Lisa.”

“We have just enjoyed a wonderful River Cruise with Scenic recommended by our cruise concierge Laura Wing. It was fabulous - food and service was fantastic and the Cruise Director was both informative and entertaining. Places visited were beautiful. The excursions were great too. Couldn't ask for more! We have used Laura for several years now and she is both helpful and knowledgeable and offers a friendly and professional service. Thank you Laura!!”

“My wife and I were searching for a river cruise, scrolling through various sites. Laura Wing was superb in her help; we live in the north east and flights are always a problem. She sorted out the flights from our local airport, in discussion with the cruise company, return flights to suit our needs all with a great deal on the cruise with Emerald and a drinks package. She contacted us before and after the cruise. We will certainly speak to her again in the future.”
