This is not the first time I have used Six Star. You definately get the feeling it is more a 'personalised' service than other Agents. Laura explained matters fully, endevoured to secure options more suited to our individual needs - and then made recommendaions.. but without any pressure. Overall a first class service - particulary being more 'customer centred' than others

I have booked many times with Sixstarcrusing and it’s always a good experience. I use Dan McMahon who looks after all my requests efficiently and prices are very competitive. It’s a company that I can recommend with confidence.

Great value cruise packages and great service. This is the second cruise we have booked with Shirley McCue and we’re happy and confident that Shirley is working hard to ensure our cruise runs smoothly. We’ve used traditional High Street travel agents in the past but feel Six Star Cruises are able to get the best deals and happy to use their services

Our cruise concierge was Shirley McCue. From our first communication with Shirley in October 2024 to the ending of our cruise in July 2025, and her concern beyond that, Shirley has guided us through in a wonderful way, particularly as this was our first riverboat cruise. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism in booking, with answers to our many questions, her desire to make us feel at ease and confident with our planning, her concern for our cruise experience, plus her very genuine friendliness and desire to make sure we were happy. I believe Shirley is a great asset to Six Star Cruises and it is clear she LOVES her job and gains pleasure from helping others. Thank you Shirley and Six Star Cruises

Laura was very helpful from booking all the way though to joining our cruise. We were independent travellers and we had good communication whilst travelling through Europe to join the cruise. Forgot to put the star rating on the last submission but it was 5*

I cannot understate how much having Rebecca Rimmer as our contact person/ cruise concierge has enhanced our experience of booking cruises. We came to cruising late never having done one before and have now done three cruises since February: two with SixStar and one with another company...Japan, Mediterranean and Baltic ..and here we are considering a third cruise in the same year. I feel confident that Rebecca will find us the best deal. I truly appreciate the combination of professionalism and personality she displays. Thank you Rebecca. Laura at six star has been a star for us , helpful, knowledgeable, and always an available to help with anything. Her passion for what she does shines through in every contact with her. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Six star to anyone who cruises. She handled everything for our most recent Azamara cruise which was fantastic, we can’t wait for the next one.

We had a fabulous Silver Sea cruise organised by Shirley, it was excellent value for money with hotels and excursions organised before and after the cruise, unfortunately we had a problem with transfers so my only suggestion would be to consider using a different company for transfers

As ever, Six Star Cruises information about the cruise was excellent. The cruise itself, from Southampton to the Arctic Circle with Cunard's Queen Anne, was good. The ship was lovely - what was less lovely were all the extras - gratuities, drinks and shore excursions - that are included with many of the other six star lines. Of course I knew about this beforehand, but the total cost meant that the cost was in line with those of, say, Silversea, and if they hadn't been the only cruise line going to the North Cape in June, then I would have chosen differently.

we were disappointed that the call at cadiz (seville) did not materialize as we especially wanted to of stop here. .however I must say hpw excellent your handling of the travel from heathrow to lisbon and the transfers.was and thanks to 6sstar and your agents.i had superb assistance. also what a bonus the upgrade was as i was near my friend. regards shirley
