“sent me a cancelled sink which then involved me running back and forth to the couriers.only to find that they hadn't sent me the cancelled sink after all...dreadful breakdown in communications internally and with the couriers ...the whole experience was a nightmare and to quote the lady who dealt with my order.."Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with your order"......never again...”

“The sales person was extremely helpful and clearly had a thorough understanding of the products available. Delivery was fast and efficient, and even though I had ordered a sink that was not suitable ( on the advice of my kitchen fitter) the exchange was dealt with swiftly and with the same very high level of customer service.
