“Good service especially the per dispatch inspection of items before sending them out to customers, Excellent packaging on the sink we ordered. Only reason I didn't score with excellent is that I thought the delivery could have been a little faster.”

“There were problems getting my original choice of sink. The problem was resolved after discussion with Rachel Berry the customer service advisor dealing with y purchase. Rachel checked the stock of similar size sinks and came up with a very suitable alternative which actually cost significantly less. The sink has been installed and I am very happy with the outcome. Rachel organised the refund for the difference in the cost of the sink. I was initially disappointed that the original choice could not be sourced but am very pleased with the efforts made to find a suitable alternative. I can recommend sinks-taps.com based on my experience.”
