“The telephone order process was well handled. Technical questions were answered ably. I was advised that the gold tap being ordered was a non stock item and could take between 6 & 12 weeks for delivery. In fact, it was delivered in 8 days. I would be happy to recommend the company to anyone.”

“I was looking for a chic repalcement tap for my kitchen sink that would be more reliable than my previous tap that repeadidly leaked from the washer. The website was really user friendly, the prices very reasonable and the service second to none. I love my new tap and my friends are very impressed with it's stylish design. I would recommend sinks-taps.com to anyone and certainly use them in the future.”

“There were problems getting my original choice of sink. The problem was resolved after discussion with Rachel Berry the customer service advisor dealing with y purchase. Rachel checked the stock of similar size sinks and came up with a very suitable alternative which actually cost significantly less. The sink has been installed and I am very happy with the outcome. Rachel organised the refund for the difference in the cost of the sink. I was initially disappointed that the original choice could not be sourced but am very pleased with the efforts made to find a suitable alternative. I can recommend sinks-taps.com based on my experience.”
