“Although our order delivery was 4 weeks from purchase, when I emailed the company to request an update they were extremely helpful, polite and timely in their response. We now have a quality product, at an affordable price, from a reputable company! Thank you sinks-taps.com :)”

“Goods arrived promptly and as ordered. Packaging was slightly crushed but did not affect the contents which were in good and undamaged condition. Fortunately, they are made of firm metal or stiff plastic construction.”

“Took the money even though the item was out of stock after several attempts at communication said the accounts deot would refund in 24-48 hours and 14 days later after once again going on live chat eventually got the refund. Very very poor service and why take money knowing the item was out of stock”
