“Taps arrived with wrong tail pipes. So unable to fit taps. Customer support promised replacement pipes would arrive next day. 16 days later they still haven’t shipped. We had to go and buy alternate fittings to install taps.”

Hi Barry. I'm really sorry. We requested the correct parts be sent direct from Abode to you on the day you requested. They confirmed that parts would be sent and we have not heard anything since. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Its incredibly frustrating for us also when we have arranged for the parts to be dispatched and the company we are reliant on fails to send them or let us know of any issues. Again, please accept our apologies.

“The product I ordered was not available (discontinued even though showed as in stock) and I was not advised of this until I chased up the order myself as it was not shown on the auto track option. However once I had made contact managed to change to a different product and it all came through as expected with easy and courteous delivery on the day and time specified.”

“I highly recommend sinks-taps.com to anyone, the free delivery service was really good. My bright shiny tap came within two days and was packed very well. We had the tap fitted by a plumber, but I think it could have been a diy job. They seem to be people you can trust, and have many good reviews. Paul. Hull.”
