“Ordered a Blanco stainless steel sink and a Bluci Novanta 2 Tripuro 3 way kitchen filter tap. Order process and delivery all fine, sink great but the tap drips and the aerator doesn't make the flow smooth even if water flow turned down. I emailed KAD group within a few weeks but had no reply and now cannot contact Sinks and Taps. The tap alone was £217 without filter so would expect a lot more from it. Would be nice if someone replied before I go to may credit card for refund..”

“We bought this sink some 12 years ago together with the stainless steel insert bowl for the small sink,the safety glass cover for the drainer and the stainless steel bar grid that sits in the bottom of the large sink and all are still in perfect condition and shows no sign of wear whatsoever. The product is worth every penny”

“Bluci Rienza kitchen twin lever kitchen tap received promptly. Excellent quality and finish but they need flex tails 300mm long,these come with around 250mm which a bit too short. Tap replaced an existing unit in usual sink with central drainer and existing pipework was aleady as high as can be without becomong inacccessible. I had to angle the existing pipes upward to enable flex tails to reach. Not the best plumbing job - looks a bit untidy as a result and was unnecesarily awkward to complete.”
