“ordered a tap 4 July cant get thru to anyone and no replies via email please DO NOT buy from this company as it appears that have gone ghost on everyone.”

Hi Mandeep. The tap you ordered was showing as a manufacturers delay of 6 weeks + However Abode advised the factory had closed without sending any stock out and the delay had been extended. We did send an updated email on 12th August to advise of this. I'm sorry about the inconvenience caused and of course the delay in providing a response by email which was caused by the temporary closure of the office, for the safety of staff.

“Ordered a tap 5th August with expected delivery of 8th. Now the 13th and no delivery. Phones are not manned & no response to 2 emails. Appalling customer service. I want to cancel the order but can't see how I can even do that.”
