“There was a lot of choice. I found just the mixer tap I was looking for, with lever handles and cranked posts to fit my very widely spaced worktop holes. I looked at other sites but couldn't find a better price for the tap I wanted. It arrived very quickly and works so smoothly. Happy customer.”

“Terrible customer service. Didn’t reply to emails after supplying faulty product. I purchased a premium product from this company, which after a short time became faulty. I raised the issue twice by email, and SINK-TAPS didn’t even have the decency to reply to either email.”

“I was left wondering if this was a legitimate company. Order placed and confirmed, paid via PayPal. Within half an hour of confirmation received an email from the company saying payment had been refunded through PayPal. No further explanation. Checked website and it appeared the order was being processed, checked daily and still the same message. Eventually, tried to contact the company and finally emailed asking what was happening with the order. In the weeks since there has been no response from the company until the review requests. Personally, I would not consider using this company again, very poor customer service.”

Dear Mr Bullimore The product you ordered was unexpectedly discontinued. We refunded your order in full within just 34 minutes of you placing the order online. Within the Paypal refund, we explained the stock situation and apologised for the inconvenience. Our small team work incredibly hard and it is therefore very disappointing that you have left a one-star review when they reacted so quickly and thoroughly. Our phone lines are open Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30pm and we always have staff available to answer the phones. We also have voicemails and have no record of you calling or sending any emails.
