“I placed an order after calling through to check if the item would be dispatched the next day if I placed the order, as it says next-day delivery, but this doesn't account for the time it takes for the order to process. I called on Thursday, placed the order Friday and the item was delivered Wednesday. It wasn't worth paying extra to have it the next day with the weekend in the way but still expected faster processing. So allow 2 days before the item is sent plus the day to deliver. I have selected next day for delivery as it was handed to the courier the day before.”

“highly recommend for their speed of service and delivery. Tracking down the exact sink to replace in regards to my existing glass-topped sink was proving to be a real problem until I stumbled across Sink-Taps.com. Whilst you can buy this elsewhere the fact that '"Sink-Taps" offered a choice of handing sunk the order in their direction. This coupled with prompt delivery is why I would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend them”

“Terrible customer service purchased double sink which arrived damaged on the edge having rung to explain was told to return item at my expense again not the way to do business as it arrived faulty Richard not at all professional in dealing with his mistake asked if I could claim courier again why should I claim when item was sent in this manner in the end lucky I payed my credit card who have now given me a charge back it’s a shame in this day and age a company chooses to act in this way only now reading previous feedback I see a lot of others with similar issues when things go wrong could have been an easy fix but to no avail will not recommend be aware”
