“Very helpful ‘chat’ with I think John. He was able to tell us there was 1 tap that we were after in stock and that he could make sure we had next day delivery .. and he did. We ordered mid afternoon and by 10am next day the tap was safely delivered.”

“A very straightforward transaction. Received the new taps in 48 hours. The Perrin & Rowe Phoenician 4460CPWPC is a great product, as we have had one before, however, we did find that it was pretty doubtful in getting replacement ceramic valves! 😕”

“I phoned sinks-taps before I placed my order for delivery information and a technical query. The chap I spoke to was extremely helpful. He gave me detailed delivery information, which proved completely accurate. He reassured me on the technical detail (regarding adequate pressure head for the tap I wanted) and, having just installed, this was also bang on. Couldn't be better.”
