“The sink is great, before shipping my order they rung to make sure I had the right fittings for the drain. Very thoughtful, nothing worse than installing a new sink and unable to use it.”

“I would have rated as VERY Good but it takes over 30 days to issue a refund and over a week prior to process the returned item. So, technically, you will have to wait 40 days to get your money back!”

“Courier text a 4 hour delivery window but did not adhere to it . When I queried this I was told "this often happens". No problems with the goods.”

“The staff were extremely helpful in advising us about the different sink/taps we wanted to buy. Rachel got the sink and a choice of taps out from the warehouse for us to look at which made it easier for us to choose which we liked best, which is not always easy when looking at a picture on a website. The products were handled with gloves by the staff, so as not to scratch the items, and someone carried them to our car for us.”

“Ordered new taps for my kitchen. Website very easy to use and prices were cheapest I found. Delivery was very quick and taps very well packaged to avoid any damage, and look great. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to my friends.”

“The item I purchased was a undermount sink which was exactly wat I expected it to be. The only disappointment was the length of delivery. I had to send emails and make phone calls to get updates. Although the customer services officers were very nice and useful and tried their best to get it deleviered within the time frame that was promised unfortunately it was still delayed.”
