“The actual quality of the pieces are different to pre lockdown. Customer services very good, the contact they give updates on orders.”

“I felt that the two items I ordered were overpriced.”

“The timing to receive the wigs was a little long, but not terrible. My wigs were exactly as described, but the colors were darker or lighter than the pictures. Cost was so well within my budged, which isn't much. Out of the three I ordered, 1 was a good match and fit.”

“The items come eventually and are nice but they are very slow at sending them. I had to chase my delivery and all of a sudden it was despatched the day I chased it. I returned an item and requested another colour and again I am waiting days for it to even be despatched. I know I don’t pay the express delivery but it’s like it just takes along time to get to the postage stage.”

“This stand was not as sturdy as the description stated so I was a bit disappointed. I needed it for my hairdresser to use when washing and styling my wig and it seems to slip off so really not what I expected although fits together easily so will keep it as a spare”

“Unfortunately, the hairpiece I ordered was not suitable as it was the wrong shade of brown and looked artificial. However, after a few problems, Becca, the Customer Service Manager, who was extremely helpful and pleasant, arranged a refund for me.”

“With the tremendous rise in the popularity of top pieces....the quest to find the right colour is still difficult. I think that companies have to accept that returns are guaranteed, as long as they are perfect for resale. Simply wigs used to deny sales to those who have returned more than one item. Having said that SW is the best site for viewing the products 360 degrees. The prices are also higher than others.”
