“Not a criticism of SW but of the manufacturers in that I still struggle to find an all round 14 inch bob type that rests nicely on top of the shoulders but not totally encompassing the face. SW are the people to go to, their service, delivery and any returns are second to non.”

“I emailed and stated that I needed to cancel my order before despatch but was still sent anyway with instructions to send back. I received my product and was very disappointed. Didn't even bother to return - went in the bin. Don't bother.”

“I like the wig, the fringe is just right as well, but I find it still looks like a wig when it is on and not like real hair, it's soft and fits nice. I just wish the wigs didn't look so thick in the front and to the sides, a lot of people have have fine hair naturally and don't want to have the really thick look.”

“I thought there would be more hair to my shaggy bun, I’m trying to grow my hair ,and use this to hide that I’m losing hair in places. Very nice quality hair. Thanks Susan .”

“3 stars - but mainly because I didn’t realise comb to attach to hair was so big - my arthritic hand can’t work it properly and too big for my fine hair. Actual hair piece well made”

“I would love wig makers to do more petite wigs in light silver or platinum blonde. Also to have lace caps. As we get older darker colours are too harsh. I am a necessity wearer and find it hard to find anything to suit my age.”

“Quality of the hairpiece is fine for the price. Arrived in good time. But I ordered Platinum colour, unfortunately it is more of a yellow blonde colour so odes not match my hair colour so now I will have to colour my hair to match the hairpiece.”

“Ordered 2wigs , did not hear from you so after 14 days got in touch with you to be told both were out of stock until a couple of days before. I asked if they would send the one that was available and the other one when it was available. Very disappointed that nobody contacted me to let me know the situation.”

“I was pleased with my hair piece except I do think the hair could be a little thicker to cover the clip a bit more, this is my only concern. The colour was good and it does enhance my own hair well.”

“Love my wig and excellent customer service, but very upset at the price increase from £294 to £420 within one month. I have to replace my wig every 3 months because its synthetic hair and goes frizzy within 3 months. I think its unfair and sad that the price fluctuates dramatically every time I reorder. I wear a wig because I have to as I am half bald. not because im vane.”

“I was very happy with the quality and the shape, however, the grip is very orange and shows the the dark brown hair I would have thought the grip would have been black or dark brown, so I am going to try disguise it with black indelible pen so it doesn’t show through the the hair.”

“The staff are very prompt & efficient. The wigs are often delivered the next day after order. However, I have noticed for nearly a year that the quality of the wigs have significantly declined and are overpriced for the quality.”

“Nothing wrong with the wig. I am at that awkward stage of trying to gradually ease myself into going grey. |It was a bit of a shock when it arrived. Completely white. I've tucked it away for much later on. Will need to look for something else that is not such a drastic step!”

“Nothing wrong with Simply Wigs at all - its just the recent product I bought was utter rubbish and a total waste of £29.99. I’ve bought many Revlon hairpieces (brunette) over the years - always fantastic. But the blonde clip on ponytail was thin, ultra shiny acrylic and was never going to match anyones hair - maybe a doll! Unfortunately my husband threw the box away so I couldn’t return it. V”
