“The staff are very prompt & efficient. The wigs are often delivered the next day after order. However, I have noticed for nearly a year that the quality of the wigs have significantly declined and are overpriced for the quality.”

“Nothing wrong with the wig. I am at that awkward stage of trying to gradually ease myself into going grey. |It was a bit of a shock when it arrived. Completely white. I've tucked it away for much later on. Will need to look for something else that is not such a drastic step!”

“Nothing wrong with Simply Wigs at all - its just the recent product I bought was utter rubbish and a total waste of £29.99. I’ve bought many Revlon hairpieces (brunette) over the years - always fantastic. But the blonde clip on ponytail was thin, ultra shiny acrylic and was never going to match anyones hair - maybe a doll! Unfortunately my husband threw the box away so I couldn’t return it. V”

“Very pleased with my hair mint and thought the chocolate was a lovely touch! However I’m disappointed the turban I chose is taking weeks to arrive so have had to cancel that order !”

“The advantage of the Aurora wig for those with very little hair is the comfort lining to the wig, especially in warm weather. But this new version is unlike the previous edition of the same wig in that the 'hair' is longer and styles differently. Worth thinking about as a reasonably priced hand-tied wig.”

“This is the second hairpiece of the same style, and to be honest, it's not as good as the first one. It's not as full as the other one, you can totally see the brown/orange claw and it doesn't hang as nicely as the first. I gave the other one 5 stars, this one only 3. Sorry Simply Wigs!!”

“I recently purchased a scrunchie type hairpiece I was very disappointed in the size and thickness of the piece , two pieces would be needed for a good effect. I bought a similar one online before Christmas, half the price , delivered free the next day and much better quality. I ordered from Simply wigs this time, as I have been a customer of theirs previously. Really disappointed.”

“i received my real hair topper which I ordered in ash blond. However it was rally a bleach blonde yellow colour. So I dyed it to match my hair and it worked very well.”
