“Delivery good but I was really disappointed with the quality. It’s like old fashioned plastic doll’s hair. The colour was also off. Advertised as platinum it’s actually a very hideous brassy blonde.”

“The hair enhancer was not of good quality or what I was expecting. It could of at least had a good hairline but didn't it just looked tatty and cheap. I was not happy and returned immediately 😑”

“I ordered two hairpieces. When they arrived one was a completely different colour to the one I had ordered, which was correct on the invoice so I had not ordered the wrong colour by mistake, the other was an ideal colour for me but the claw clip was of such a cheap quality that it snapped the first time I tried to put it on. The people I spoke to to claim my refund were very pleasant and helpful but I won't be using this company again. I had such high hopes but was extremely disappointed.”

“I'm sorry to have to write that review, but I ordered my wig on September 1st 2022. It was not available immediately, and I waited for the wig to become available. Then, it was sent to me to Taiwan, and as of today October 24th, I still haven't received it. It has been blocked in Fuzhou, China since October 8th. I don't seem to receive any news about it... I would be grateful if someone did something about it or just offer to replace the undelivered wig. Thank you.”

“Generally marvellous. This us not a complaint about company but review if Sensi-tac wig tape. I’ve been in tears trying to use ur. It’s impossible to get the tape to separate from the backing. If you’re trying to get out of the house on time forget it. I could only manage one tiny piece after struggling for 10 minutes.”
