“I was pleased with quality of the wig but the color was wrong. Be careful with photos as they are not always indicative of the color. BUT, BIGGEST disappointment was that I could not return it. BEWARE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN THE UK YOU CANNOT RETURN THE WIG. Perhaps this was in the fine print but I didn't see it. When I spoke with someone by phone asking about ordering from France and they said it was easy to do but that there would be customs duty. Fair enough BUT WHY NOT TELL ME THE WIG COULD NOT BE RETURNED. WASTE OF NEARLY 100 pounds.”
