“I have been buying from Simply Wigs for a number of years and have written a few reviews over that time. Each time I can't praise you enough! Every aspect of the whole experience is excellent. I don't know where I would be without you. I was devastated when I lost my hair, and never thought I'd be happy wearing a wig, but Simply Wigs changed all that. Thank you for the confidence I have wearing one of your fabulous wigs, of which there is a fantastic choice.”

“I really have had good support from Simply wigs. I've bought several wigs from them and they are so helpful both on the phone and by email when there are any questions. When I returned a wig which didn't suit me and said I was struggling to find what I was looking for they sent me several suggestions to look at. Can't fault them.”

“I have had a long association with Simply wigs. If an item is not available they inform straight away, are helpful if you need to find something quickly. The staff are pleasant and polite. The deliveries are prompt and nicely presented. I have a friend who loves ferero Roche who insists I stay a good customer ;) ;)”

“Was looking forward to the expensive wig, however after trying it on, it just ended up in a static mess Wish i had kept the cheap £29 Joan Collins wig i purchased when going through chemotherapy I'm starting to think the models are not wearing the actual wig, just their own hair styled”

They are not only extremely professional in every way but wonderfully empathetic giving valid support and understanding in what can be very traumatic circumstances- I speak from experience having lost all my hair within two weeks for no apparent reason. “Very nice company to order from. Give lots of detail about every wig on their website. My order arrived promptly and was exactly as expected. In the past I have had to return a wig as it didn't fit very well but that was achieved with little to no fuss and a refund was made promptly.”

“Good selection with lots of good pictures including customer pictures. But I do find it hard to visualise the colours from a picture. But saying that the wig I ordered was as unexpected in terms of colour. Another slight issue is visualising what your chosen wig will look like on you. Unfortunately I don't live near to where the shop is so have to order online. Also fringe length ( if chosen) can also be slightly problematic. But overall I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery process is very good and the wigs are beautifully packed. It makes you feel special and valued as a customer. Also you do have the option to return the wig if not suitable for a full refund. Excellent customer service too.”
