“Fantastic customer service. Everyone I've spoken to when I have called are so helpful and courtesy. I would highly recommend using Simply wigs. They allow you to return items if you have ordered a style that you aren't happy with or doesn't suit you. Which from experience with other companies that supply hair enhancer or wigs dont accept returns back. I will always use Simply Wigs, the best supplies in my opinion.”

“Tempo Deluxe Large wig Ellen Wille Hairpower Collection. After suffering hair loss for over 30 years I finally took the plunge and bought this lovely wig. It is so comfortable to wear and frames my face nicely. I have had a little of the length cut to bring it to chin length. I've had so many nice compliments about my new hair that I wish I'd done it sooner.....my confidence is back being 62 is not so bad after all, epecially now that I have lovely hair!! I have already ordered another 2 wigs and can't praise enough the excellent customer service, information and products you provide.”

“I ordered a wig for my mother and it turned out to be so much better than expected ! Honestly, I got used to it straight away, thats how natural it looks, and she aswell ! She is so happy with it, it´s a life saver ! It looks as real as a synthetic hair can get. I am tempted to get another one for her in a different color.”

I have been impressed with their quick response to emails and phone calls when I needed advice.Their customer support service is of the highest standard and I have really appreciated support with colour choice ( sending photos of colour swatches for me to compare ), the easy return/ exchange process and delaying dispatch of a purchase when I was away on holiday. Deliveries arrive beautifully packaged, including a small chocolate treat, which is so thoughtful. I thoroughly recommend Simply Wigs and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.”

“I bought a topper - it arrived when expected and was good quality, but the wrong colour and texture, so didn’t blend with my hair and I returned it. No quibbles from Simply Wigs, a return label was included in the parcel with the topper, so no complicated return process, just emailed for a returns number which came straight away. I’ve had my refund within a week of returning it. Shame I spent a tenner on postage out and back again but at least I got the £39 for the hairpiece back. 👍🏻”
