“Bought a scrunchy what I thought would work as a bun for a wedding but no substance. Expected more and colour not as ordered although a photo is not a reliable colour. Would not order again. This was for my daughters wedding, need to look elsewhere. Laura contacted me, the follow up service was great. Now returned the scrunchy and have ordered another that Laura recommended based on a photo of my hair. Refund already processed.”

“Nothing wrong with Simply Wigs at all - its just the recent product I bought was utter rubbish and a total waste of £29.99. I’ve bought many Revlon hairpieces (brunette) over the years - always fantastic. But the blonde clip on ponytail was thin, ultra shiny acrylic and was never going to match anyones hair - maybe a doll! Unfortunately my husband threw the box away so I couldn’t return it. V”

“In the few short days since I received my wig topper, I have had a number of complements about my new hair style and colour. All of which have boosted my self esteem, given that I have suffered with Androgenous Alopecia for over 40 years and my scalp is now visible on the top of my head. Not only that, but on opening the packaging , I really felt as if I was receiving a gift, wrapped as it was in lovely purple tissue paper. There was even one of my favourite chocolates presented in a small gift box, along with a lovely message from the Simply Wigs team. I will certainly use your company again.”

“The fit is loose therefore not secure. Obviously one size does not fit all. Also hair texture is stiffish . Does not sit well well on the head.”
