“My wig arrived within 48 hours of ordering, great comms, beautifully packaged and exactly as described. Unfortunately the style of wig did not suit me but the returns process couldn’t have been easier. The staff I’ve spoken to have all been kind, friendly and supportive. Fantastic Customer Service. I will be ordering again.”

“Unfortunately the ladies Isabella wig which I wanted and was still being shown online has been discontinued and the Twiggy wig I ordered as a replacement was not suitable which was very disappointing and I had to return the item. However the lady I spoke on the phone to was very pleasant and did all she could to help me find a suitable one similar to the Isabella and it's been very frustrating not living in an area where I can actually visit and physically try different styles.”
