“Wig was easy to buy online, helpful information provided, unfortunately colour was not right for me so had to return but customer service experience was great, friendly on phone and refund was paid promptly. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Unfortunately the ladies Isabella wig which I wanted and was still being shown online has been discontinued and the Twiggy wig I ordered as a replacement was not suitable which was very disappointing and I had to return the item. However the lady I spoke on the phone to was very pleasant and did all she could to help me find a suitable one similar to the Isabella and it's been very frustrating not living in an area where I can actually visit and physically try different styles.”

“Simply Wigs provide excellent service and good value. I have 2 issues, neither of which Simply Wigs can do anything about. The first is that, it is very difficult to know the colour of the wig until it arrives. Last year because the colour and style of the wig I ordered was nothing like the photo, they paid for the return. The next time I wanted a wig, as my sister lives in Yorkshire, I decided to make an appointment, which worked well but it was a long way to drive. The last 2 Wigs I purchased, again were not the colour I expected but this time I liked the colour of both and the colour suited me. Overall the extra trouble of ordering online is worth it because there is a huge saving in cost.”

“I was very pleased when I received my wig it has taken me a while to adjust to wearing a wig due to thinning of the hair as I got older. I decided to get a wig more by the colouring for an older person and was very pleased with it, the softness, the style and it looks so normal hair, very nice.”

“I ordered a wig and products . They arrived in good time and were very nicely packaged. I had to return the wig as it was too big. The return process was way.The customer service representative, who I won’t name , said she would send me a list of alternatives that might be a better fit but my chosen style , unfortunately this never happened which is extremely disappointing.”
