“Received beautifully wrapped, fringe had to be trimmed slightly and I'd rather the crown looked slightly different, no real parting, but other than that, it feels nice and soft, does not molt too much and looks natural, I have alopecia so this is not a fashion item for me. I now feel confident to order more from this site.”

“I gave four stars 🌟 instead of 5 as I was disappointed in the qaulity of the wig ( hair topper, ) But the service from start to finish was superb, & no issues with my returning the wig. I really loved the little touches in the packaging, the little poem & the individuality wrapped chocolate. Thank you for a nice experience, despite the wig not being right for me.”

“It is a low volume very comfortable wig, my only reservation is the intensive shine of the fibres even after applying dry shampoo. The fibres are finer than usual which is a positive.”

“I really like the wig brushes I ordered, however I thought I was ordering the cherry red long handle with the white rubber base but instead they have the black rubber base. Brushes are great but really wanted the white rubber base as shown on the web site.”

“I am a new wig wearer and the Petite Pixie is my first purchase from Simply Wigs .I have a very small head and the Petite Pixie is a very good fit, it feels light, snug and secure. It is longer than advertised, and i will get a stylist to trim it to my exact liking. I have been able to wear it all day, without getting too hot or itchy.”

“They have a large number of wig brands to select from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Should you need to return an item, it’s a simple and quick process with refunds issued promptly. The reason for not giving 5-stars; business hours 9:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday, and website description on wigs far too lengthy I just need the important facts. Otherwise they are brilliant and I will continue to buy from them.”

“Really happy with simply wigs and this is second time I’ve placed an order for wig clips, communication is fantastic as is the packaging, had to give 4 stars this time though as one of the snap clips I ordered in a pack was damaged and unusable, bent out of shape . Still very happy otherwise and would order again as this could’ve been easily missed.”
