“Really happy with simply wigs and this is second time I’ve placed an order for wig clips, communication is fantastic as is the packaging, had to give 4 stars this time though as one of the snap clips I ordered in a pack was damaged and unusable, bent out of shape . Still very happy otherwise and would order again as this could’ve been easily missed.”

“Services is always friendly and prompt. If any delays always explained in advance. The only feedback I have is if you are foreign you cannot return the wig even though I pay the taxes and duties so don't understand the issue. the wigs are excellent quality and last a long time.”

“I am new to wigs so after watching lots of reviews on wigs I decided to try this. I have a petite head and Ellen Wille apparently run petite average. I wanted light weight and an everyday style and this fits the bill exactly. Colour is the only problem when you aren’t familiar with them but I took a risk on this. The colour on me is a little warm/gold but it’s ok. Knowing what I know now the Bernstein rooted is a more ashy blond and would have been better and when I need to replace this I will order that colour. The lace front give a very natural hairline but I have cut a few of the wispy pieces in the fringe a little shorter”

“Ordering was simple and my purchase didn’t take too long to come . I have to admit I was confused when the item turned up because it didn’t look anything like what I ordered, and there were no instructions. After going back to the website I was directed to a different website to be shown how to tie my item . I’m glad I took the time to do this because I now love my hat .”
