“I ordered two wigs the same. They arrived in good time and were packaged perfectly, along with instructions forlooking after the wigs. I am very pleased with the product and have received nice comments when wearing them. I have washed them and afterwards they still looked great. I would happily purchase from Simply Wigs again in the future.”

“I recently placed an order for a cotton head covering. I was due to attend our son’s wedding & required a navy blue soft head covering. Although no indication on the website, many of the items were out of stock. Eventually through email correspondence with the staff direct I placed an alternative order. The item was stuck in customs in Germany, but eventually the item arrived & it was ideal for the wedding with its floral trim & comfortable to wear all day. Thank you!”

“The staff are fantastic. Really helpful with great service. The wigs have been good too. The only problem is, it takes ages to receive a wig of Gisela Mayer. You may need to wait for over 2 weeks. This happens sometimes.”

“The wig itself is a.little big for me even when tightened l have a small head and fine hair whats left so the big hair in the wig although lovely.a d l feel great in it its not for mme as its to hair big and lv.never had so much hair ever. I wont wear it out as ld be self concious of it the ckur is great so maybe if l bought another it would be shorter and finer l do wear your hair pieces which l do love on the back.of my head like a pony tail asml can pull my fine hair back.and.it looks long so l.ll stick to that for the moment.”

“With no knowledge of wigs, I found the website interesting but a bit confusing. Having narrowed the search to 'human hair', I was annoyed to find I was still looking at synthetic hair wigs. There is a wide choice of styles and colours, but I found less choice for grey. I understand why it's done, but using young, pretty models, doesn't help those of us who are older and plain, imagine how they will look. When you are pretty, everything looks good on you...... not so much when you are plain. Still, lots of choice.”

“SW have the best website and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only downside for me is I have to place an order on the phone as I'm not good with technology and therefore have to pay the VAT and then claim it back.”
