“It's a lovely wig but the colour was completely different from the previous wigs I have had in that colour it was much darker brown not the dark blonde it usually is ( Dark Sand Mix) never the less I decided to keep it and I'm very happy with it thank you.”

Hello, Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated! If you are ever unsure of a colour, please do get in touch and we will assist all we can. Heat friendly fibre can often appear darker compared to regular synthetic styles, so this is something to be mindful of. The SW Team x

“Nearly all excellent. Customer Service for me has been perfect over the years, thank you. Just two or three times a wig has had areas of lesser quality, i.e; a fuzzy area of hair or a kink which creates an unwanted effect.”

“Was very pleased with my wrap around pony tail, although the colour isn’t quite right as I have ash blonde highlights and wondered if you have one to match my hair colour? Was very pleased with the quick Service and delivery and I hope to order some more if you could match my hair colouring!”

“I bought a topper - it arrived when expected and was good quality, but the wrong colour and texture, so didn’t blend with my hair and I returned it. No quibbles from Simply Wigs, a return label was included in the parcel with the topper, so no complicated return process, just emailed for a returns number which came straight away. I’ve had my refund within a week of returning it. Shame I spent a tenner on postage out and back again but at least I got the £39 for the hairpiece back. 👍🏻”

“The wig cap arrived it’s good except it’s too big , I have trimmed the lace front as it came down way too low but to get the cap above my ears where there is shaping to go around my ears creates a bubble of air over the top of my head and so it doesn’t fully stop my wig from moving about . The band fits fine but just too much material on top for my head size (petite) which is a pity.”
