“I have been very happy with customer service but I have bought 4 wigs over the last couple of years 3 of which are supposedly the same size and make but the sizes are different. There is only one I really like the fit of. Unfortunately you only realise this when you wear it and it’s too late to send them back.”

“I think your staff are very friendly and helpful but I really do not like your new website. It is awkwardly laid out and difficult to navigate. It also has lost the facility for finding all styles in a given colour. This was important to me and no other wig seller had this. Your old website was really good. It would be better if it was possible to find out if an item is in stock before ordering and paying.”

“Service was exceptional as was delivery, the topper colour was perfect,however, the part closest to the head was very thick with a matted appearance. It felt like a rug sitting on my head and spoiled the rest of the topper which looked very natural indeed.”

“It's a very good wig. The colour is perfect for me, thank you. There are little problems with the mesh on the right side. But I turned the bangs the other way and hid the flaw. I did not make a refund, there was no time to wait for another one again. I'll definitely order it again. I hope there will be no more shortcomings. Thank you.”

“Lovely wig, only problem is some of the wefting along the front hasn't been finished properly and it keeps dropping into the fringe part which you can see which kind of defeats the point of wearing one”

“Simply Wigs is the only wig website I have found where you get a proper review with photos of 'What's Inside' the wig. It is so helpful. As is the 360 degree view of the wig. And, of course, 'Our Customers' photos are just the icing on the cake - so good to see what the wigs look like on ordinary people like me! So thank you SW for your very helpful website. Also the Whispers stories from wig wearers are always insightful and uplifting The only reason it is not a 5 Star rating is because delivery times can sometimes be slow - but this is understandable if the wigs are not already on site ready to be shipped. More dispatch/delivery update emails would help as then you would know that your order is still being processed and hasn't been forgotten! But otherwise great service and a great website. Thank you!”

“Purchased some Ellen Wille shampoo and conditioner for my Ellen Wille wig. The price was very competitive, I didn't need them quickly so went for the cheapest postage undestanding that it could take 2 weeks delivery, pleasantly surprised to receive them within a week. Packaging was very adequate with a little chocolate treat included. Thank you will be back.”
