“I recently purchased a hair topper in Harvest Gold. The topper that arrived looked nothing like Harvest Gold, it was almost black !!! I spoke to an advisor and she said send it back and we will refund the money. I asked if they could let me know if the topper had been sent in the wrong shade of colour and she said it would be looked into and someone would let me know. When I received an email saying my refund was pending I again rang to ask about the colour, explaining that I was now hesitant to order because of the mix up. I received the refund but still have not heard if the colour sent was the wrong shade. Feel disappointed because I also sent a note with the returned topper asking for clarification.”

“Just purchased another wig from Simply Wigs. I have used the online ordering and bought directly from the shop and found both methods simple and easy. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and offer honest opinions and advice. Never felt pressurised into buying and always given time to try the products on in a leisurely and pleasant environment. Having used them many times and always found them competitively priced I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I generally do not leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. I purchased GLAMOUR MONO WIG ELLEN WILLE HAIR POWER wig. Wig is very big and lumpy and does not fit my head at all. The front ie "invisible" lace front is heavily and badly rooted on one side thus puckering and giving a very wig like look. I reached out to customer care and was sent a screen shot of t&c's showing wigs outside of UK could not be returned. (I am in Ireland) This was the level of customer care i was shown ANUPDATE YO REVIEW ABOVE After posting above Becca from Simply Wigs reached out to me and could not have been more understanding and helpful. I absolutely feel she listened to and took on board my concerns and we reached an agreement. Based on this further experience I would recommend Simply Wigs as an extremely pleasant accommodating company to deal with and Beccas communication with me was exemplary and turned my one star rating to 5 star”

“The advantage of the Aurora wig for those with very little hair is the comfort lining to the wig, especially in warm weather. But this new version is unlike the previous edition of the same wig in that the 'hair' is longer and styles differently. Worth thinking about as a reasonably priced hand-tied wig.”
