“Excellent service. An absolute pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough. They make everything so easy. I'm a long time wig wearer. I started wearing wigs approx 19 years ago. I found Simplywigs about 16 years ago. I always buy straight online. Working with the Customer service is outside. They will work with you on finding the correct 1 each time. It's an absolute pleasure”

“I did struggle with the changed WebSite but once I made contact by phone the service was excellent and I was able to get the wig I wanted.I have bee,n an c customer for about 10 years and have always been pleased with the quality of the wigs and the service and help on occasions when I have orded a wig that did not suit me. “My hair loss has badly impacted on my confidence. Thankfully I found Simply Wigs and have visited them personally twice. Each time they've been patient, helpful and and informative. It's a long journey from where I live so I've rung for advice about a wig I quite like on occasion or ordered one, knowing it's ok to return if not right unlike a lot of wig companies.
