“Hi all staff at simply wigs, I recently received my second jacqueline, envy wig in sterling shadow, I have had many lovely wigs from you but never had the lovely comments I get from this wig, I've had what a lovely colour to best of all how lucky I am to have such lovely hair, now for someone who has to wear a wig that is the best comment we could have as I'm sure you will agree, so Thank you girls, and for being so helpful and cheerful when ever I call you ,”

“This company is not just a stockist, they are as involved in your purchase as much or as little as you want them to be. From unobtrusive emails offering extra advice or other customer experiences, privately assisting in your decision to actual personalised advice with appointments and ‘try on’ experience at their store. The customer photographs give a real sense of how your chosen ‘hair’ will look and are invaluable when choosing, although I have not managed to submit mine, I appreciate all those who have been selfless enough to do so. It made a huge difference to my choice and in helping to pick the perfect option for me. They also help with any extras you may need and advice/products to keep your ‘hair’ in good condition. Plus every order has a little chocolate inside, which my son loves!”
