“WOW Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Simply Wigs! From the moment I reached out, their customer service was first-class—so polite and incredibly helpful. I initially bought one hair scrunchie, and it was so amazing that I immediately purchased two more! When I had to return one due to a color mismatch with my hair, the process was seamless. “THey are very in touch with my needs and do everything to ensure I recieve the right product and colour. For the first time it appeared that i had tried a wig on whilst wearing perfume. This was the first time it had been a problem. However,I learned my lesson and they have refunded me for the return, I will continue ussing them for my needs”

“Honestly I cannot fault this company. The most lovely people and they’re so helpful. I would never order from anywhere else. And the added touch of the chocolate in the delivery is lovely, my kids ask me to order all the time so they can have the chocolate! Cannot fault them.”

“Hair loss of whatever cause is so traumatic. Until it happens to you, it is difficult to understand the impact on your confidence, your mental well being, and your lifestyle choices. On exploring hair replacement options, I found Simply Wigs online. I Approached them with tentative enquiries and then booked an appointment to try some wigs I had chosen from their website. Sue was the first person I met who understood how I felt. She treated me with empathy; professionalism and kindness. There is no pressure to buy. Trying different hairstyles and with Sue styling the one I chose to suit me, really changed my mindset about wigs. I followed up with another fitting, and then I recently braved ordering online. Which with the help of Emma, led to yet another hair style this time one I was confident I could unpack and wear. The helpfulness of the whole team at Simply Wigs is exceptional. I feel confident that I can ask any questions, however trivial and get advice about styles, colours and brands. They have great offers on that change monthly and the range of options is huge.”

“The downside for me is to have to pay for returns. Given the cost of the wigs. Other than that I love the range of wigs available and the speed of delivery.”

“I would like to thank the staff at Simply wigs . As new customer I have really struggled to find my way around the process of finding a wig . I can honestly say that I have found the staff so kind considerate and helpful and so understanding and knowledgeable ,i t's made my experience so much easier, nothing is to much trouble,from asking questions and purchasing items, keeping you updated such a good customer care service., They go that extra mile and you don't feel as if your being to difficult trying to find the right wig . I found that it's made my journey so much easier thank you .”
