“Their website is unbelievably helpful. They stock soo many wigs and at really good prices. Some come direct from the manufacturers but otherwise delivery is very quick Everything is beautifully wrapped And if it doesn’t suit you or you are not happy return it unworn in the original packaging and you get all your money back (minus postage) They are also really knowledgable. So if you really don’t know where to start send them an email . I have been really impressed”

“I ordered what was purported to be alcohol free hair spray, but when it turned up it had alcohol in it. I would have had to pay to send it back so I have thrown it away.”

“After an initial hiccup over delivery estimate I rang the company and they were very obliging - delivery within 2 further days and I was treated with great respect by the member of staff I spoke to. I had been buying from Direct Wigs for 20 years, always buying Ellen Willie products which were of good quality but I was disappointed with the quality of the Ellen Willie wig that I received. I see that they are now made in Myanmar and the quality is rather poor in comparison but I will now have no choice other than purchasing from you as Direct Wigs seem to be no longer available.”
