“I was very impressed with the service given by Simply Wigs, the wig I ordered arrived so beautifully presented, it looked like a gift, even the chocolate in a little box was such a nice touch. The wig itself was such a lovely colour and really good quality, it wasn't the right fit for me but fortunately it was such an easy process to return the item. Would highly recommend.”

“It's a lovely wig but the colour was completely different from the previous wigs I have had in that colour it was much darker brown not the dark blonde it usually is ( Dark Sand Mix) never the less I decided to keep it and I'm very happy with it thank you.”

“Fantastic customer service, which feels personal even though remote. Extremely professional and thoughtful team who put time and effort into everything they do from simply the way goods are lovingly prepared and packed to clear and concise but friendly communication, excellent hints and tips, provision of sound advice etc. The quality of service and the excellent knowledge of the team makes me feel confident in each purchase, knowing that if it isn't quite right, I can reach out for a chat and some advice and arrange an alternative. Simply Wigs is one of two companies I use and I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“The shipping is fast , the price is good and certainly beats most competitors ( some might seem cheaper, but then you have customs vat and shipping, I have made that mistake) simply wigs are my go too shop, and I rate them highly . Many thanks sarah”
