“Did what it said on the tin, Good quality however when on wall (1 mtr) looked not much for money!”

“Very nice product and good value. However, it would be a great help if there was some provision for adjusting the position of the mounting brackets, since when fixing to a stone wall it is almost inevitable that the screw holes will be in the mortar! Give ti some thought!”

“Very nice looking high end handrail. Drops a star as it is not made clear in the product details that the handrail comes unfinished, just has a small note which can be easily missed. Also end of handrail are not attached, so you need to attach yourself and it can be hard to get it perfectly straight.”

“Great service on delivery, a little disappointed with oak rail as the diameter at the end of the rail is uneven and the brass fixings stick out which are causing it to look bent at the end!”

“Ordered materials but we have not received the handrails. Not able to get anybody on the phone to find out when we can expect delivery. No answer on the phone and still waiting for a response via email. Very poor. When we eventually received the materials, they were in good condition and the product is good quality. My client is now happy because he has had the product installed.”

“What a find! Simple to use order system, prompt delivery and quality products. Would have been 5 stars if the screws to attach the handrail to the handrail supports had been included.”

“The kit was of very good quality. However, the arm on the bracket and the plate that secures the handrail both swivel making them difficult to handle. The end caps are push fitted to a plastic bush which is screwed into the end of the rail. This bush must be centred exactly for a neat fit but there is no template to enable the centre of the rail to be located.”

“The hand rail arrived in 7 days as expected. After unpacking the rail looks great complete with fixing brackets plugs and screws. Unfortunately the screws are too big to go through the fixing brackets so I will have to wait until I can purchase some screws before I can fix the rail in place”

“After exchanging several emails with a very helpful assistant, the rail was promised to be delivered last Friday. Unfortunately they were let down by their courier who sent it to the wrong local depot. A company's customer service does not so much count when things go well, much more so, when things go wrong. They have been very attentive in sorting out the problem and getting the rail to me, which arrived this morning. Well done in recovering the situation.”

“I received the stairs rails within days which was very quick. The rails are strong, providing good support, and they look very smart. When I came to fit the two stair rails there were no instructors or any guidance for fitting them. There was also no guidance or instructions for the Upgraded Bracket- Premium Rail, I had to looked at photos on the website to copy the same length of this bracket against the rail. Simple Handrails supplied a rail to me which they produced to my requested size free of charge which I was grateful. Overall happy with the product and I would use this company again.”
