The kit was of very good quality. However, the arm on the bracket and the plate that secures the handrail both swivel making them difficult to handle. The end caps are push fitted to a plastic bush which is screwed into the end of the rail. This bush must be centred exactly for a neat fit but there is no template to enable the centre of the rail to be located.
