“Quality of the oak rail excellent. Brass fittings look great. However no instructions included? The screws to fix the rail to the brackets were Crome?. Why? And getting the exact position of at the ends so the brass caps fitted exactly is very difficult. A simple paper card disc cut to the exact size and printed with a cross at the precise centre wood be helpful and at very little cost.”

“Super product and delivered in timely fashion during lockdown. Small screws for rail to bracket fixings were missing but everything else present a d correct, easy and self explanatory to fit.”

“Product looks good and fittings are of a good quality i have not put the rail up yet but should be ok. Arrived well packed and although i did have to contact them reference the delivery it did arrive the following day.”

“The holes in the handrails did not align with those in the brackets - they had sent the wrong brackets. Also two screw missing. However now all resolved and installed and very pleased with the quality and look of the result. Thank you”

“I installed the rail myself and it looks great. However as it is not easy to position accurately as well as make positioning marks for drilling holes a 'knack' is required. I found one after a few attempts but there were no tips provided with the rail. Your call.”

“Handrail didn’t come on time, however, Dan was very cooperative when trying to source another one when mine didn’t turn up. It was worth the wait though can’t wait to get it fitted.”

“I cannot yet give a review on this handrail yet the reason being the tube the handrail should have been in arrived empty might have dropped out in transit, Simplehandrairs have handled sorted this matter very quickly and I am expecting a new rail tomorrow very pleased with their response”

“They ask to write this review after ordering but not receiving. 🧐 So I’ve no idea when it wil arrive and how the product. After a long delay received the handrail. Product is from good quality. Except the screws. I had one which head felt of after screwing. And several who got doll. Missing some guideline.”

“Very good quality product. Would suggest a tips for fitting sheet is included in the packaging, a basic level of DIY and some good tools are necessary. Note the length of the rail does not include the end caps, this wasn’t clear to me on the site. Quick delivery and helpful staff.”

“Item came in reasonable time and looked very professionally made. Everything was in the packet etc. ie screws, end caps , brackets etc. All I need to do now is fit it. There are no instructions with this but to be honest, you dont need them, its pretty obvious where things go so you cant really go wrong. Altogether excellent.”

“First handrail arrived but timber had a bow in it. I messaged Dan and he arranged a replacement which arrive a couple of days later. This bannister looks great. Thank you Dan for all of you’re help”
