“Very poor quality. Dents and sharp points. Had to sand down to remove all sharp edges. Not good for a hand rail.”

“Very nice handrail at a decent price, however the customer experience was not the best, as the delivery window of 3 days to 3 weeks is terrible to expect a customer to accept. Delivery company Tuffnell you cant track, so you have to stay in all day and wait. They need to understand we are are all customers with exacting expectations, and when a company doesnt keep you informed and when you have to contact for an update, the attitude was we are busy, no apologies just you will get it when we get round to it. So in order to expand as a company they need to up their game on customer service and drop the attitude when customers expectations are not met. Customers dont empathise nor are interested how busy a supplier is, it's the suppliers issue not the customers, however basic information on progress does help.”

“Well what can I say wow wow and double wow they claim to be the cheapest in UK and they are i saved nearly £300 and the customer service is excellent I rang phoned to a girl called Kelly told her the measurements and she put a kit together for me in 20 mins and sent me an email of the prices. It arrived in 5 days and when putting it up they sent me 2 centre post emailed them and another one arrived the next day. Sorry folks buy with confidence excellent company and a pleasure to deal with will be ordering another 2 sets in a few weeks for May mum and sister”

“BRILLIANT SERVICE. The Sales office was very helpful to me in working out how to go around the corner of the wall using two standard rails of different lengths and a hinged elbow so as to achieve an appropriate angle there. They then organised for one end of each rail to be left open for the elbow whilst the other ends were filled with the end stops I had selected; fully fitted and firmly glued in place. Absolutely BRILLIANT and more than I had expected. The product arrived promptly with massively long screws to fix to the wall; even I was happy! The only thing that might(?) have improved matters would have been some sort of thin plastic bases to help bed the brackets against the uneven surfaces of the brick walls.”

“The order for my Oak handrail arrived swiftly, the courier updated me on delivery day and time. Handrail was great quality as were the fittings. It was simple to fit, if I was going to fit another I would treat it with Danish Oil before fitting it. I fitted it first and oiled it once in position, not really an issue but the oil brings out the beauty in the grain and that might determine the positioning of the rail before screwing it into place. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend SimpleHanrsils.”

“All materials are of excellent quality and delivery and packaging was good. The only criticism I have is the lack of guidance for installation. It would be useful to have had a stick on straight line on the rail so attaching the brackets would be easier.”

“Beautiful products - really pleased with our new handrail. There were delivery delays however the team communicated well during this and was also quick to respond with updates. So whilst delays are frustrating, I couldn't fault the team at SimpleHandrails.”

Hi Alan, Your handrail was ordered on the 7th April (Saturday) we then had the bank holiday where our factories where closed unfortunately. The rail was delivered on the 19th April which was the 7th Working Day, this was also on your order confirmation and shown when ordering. We are sorry for the longer then usual delivery time but we must say the rail look fantastic. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“Very impressed with prompt delivery & quality of rail. Handrail looks great in place. Think it needed 3 people - 2 to hold the 3.5metres in place while marking the wall, and one to do the marking! Only 2 of us hence the join opened slightly somewhere during the process so we have a very slight 'expansion' joint!!”
