“Delighted with the appearance and the quality of the handrail itself, Impressed and grateful that they were able to cut the rail to size at a very fair price. Can't complain about the time it took to deliver, but would have appreciated (and, if necessary, paid for) quicker delivery. Screws and wall plugs were provided; it would have been even better if there had been some rudimentary instructions...or at least if they had told me what size hole to drill for the wall plugs. I would buy again, and I do recommend these people.”

The delivery times on something so specialised does unfortunately take time and when third parties are involved it can take a little longer. All installation instructions are on our website on the page where you purchased. We don't print out instructions as it is such a waste of paper. “Excellent service, bespoke handrail made and despatched very quickly. The only minor issue was the quality of attaching screws. The screw heads stripped very easily. but were easy to replace.”

“Very nice oak handrail, prompt delivery. Only snag is that the brackets are difficult to adjust to the correct angle and they are too loose or too tight with the Allen key adjustment. This makes fitting tricky as once screwed in to the handrail you can't adjust the angle without taking bracket off the handrail and using the Allen key making the job difficult. Delivery OK but a day late and no advance notice of delivery time.”

“Good delivery very good quality but the screw holes in the rails did not match the holes in the brackets.Fortunately being an ex technology teacher I was able to solve but it was not suitable for a DIY enthusiast.”

“The product so far seems perfect and I am really pleased with the finish and how it looks. I was also very impressed with your most prompt service. Sadly I didn't think the packaging was fit for purpose. The cardboard tubing was badly damaged and I only realised later that the end cap on the rail had been damaged also. You have very kindly agreed to send a replacement but as the cap has been glued in place I may not be able to replace it. Considering the above, I was surprised the brackets weren't damaged as the makeshift way they were attached to the cardboard tube was not ideal. I am sure the rail did not leave your company in this damaged state so I think the delivery company should carry the blame here.”

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your review. We are fully aware that the rail arrived damaged and we have taken this up with the courier. We battle the couriers daily as it is frustrating when the rails do get damaged with the way they handle them. They are very difficult for us to ship and our successful delivery rates are high but they do some times get damaged. Our packaging and how they arrive is a tried and tested method which does work. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused if you do get stuck swapping the end cap please let us know. Dan

“All items arrived very quickly. Quality very good especially wood finish. Website and delivery went really well. Only thing missing was a set of instructions so watch YouTube to see how others had installed similar handrails.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the handrail. Customer service was excellent with prompt delivery as promised on website. One small moan, there were a couple of screws missing, and the wall plugs supplied are not long enough for the screws.”

“Nicely made with all parts needed . The screws supplied were far too long for where I placed it . Screws to hold the parts together were also liable to keep loosening but got there in the end”
