“The supply timescale was reasonable but the part sent was not the right one. I get the impression you have gone as far as you can, based on the model number which is coming up with a shorter part which will not fit I have photo of the two side by side I am sure the service is good normaly”

“My item had an expected delivery time of 6-8 days. I queried non-delivery after 2 weeks to be told covid/brexit causing delays, should be on its way. After a further 5 weeks I queried again, only to be told item was obsolete and the factory in Europe had switched to making PPE! I was offered a full refund & cancellation of the order, which I accepted. I will wait to see if the refund actually appears.”

“Having placed an order on 19 March for 5 gas cooker knobs and paid £48.00 I was informed that delivery would be between 22 of March and 1st April and GUESS WHAT here I am writing a review whilst still waiting on my delivery (it seems reviews travel faster than lorries from kilmarnock. Hopefully if I receive my order in the coming weeks I never have to order anything from yourselvs again.”

“I enquired about the cause of a problem with my ISE10 washing machine, which was promptly answered by Kenneth. HIs advice was very helpful in deciding whether to repair of replace my machine, and I am very grateful to him.”

“I was struggling to find a lamp fitting for our cooker hood that I couldn't find on most sites. Whitegoods gave a helpful reply to my email with that said that the part was obsolete, but suggested a possible alternative. I took the risk and it works. Even if it hadn't, at least I would have avoided the call out charge for an engineer!”

“Looking for a new grill pan for my small oven. The gentleman who helped could not have done better - he persevered to find the right pan for me and answered my emails and questions promptly. I’m now awaiting delivery and can contact him if I have any problems. I’m very impressed with the service I received and would recommend this company.”
